Krewe of Italia is proud to host our first Summer Social: Pasta Making!

Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch. Chris Hinsley will explain and demonstrate how to create different variations of fresh pasta, while Lindsay Sinko and Matt Sinko will circulate among the tables to provide guidance and assistance. We’ll also host a fun trivia competition during the class.

Once you’ve completed your pasta creations, you’ll have the option to cook and enjoy them on the spot or take them home to savor later.

As you prepare your taste buds for your handmade pasta, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. During the demonstration, we’ll walk you through the entire process—from mixing the dough and allowing it to rest, to running it through the pasta machine to create linguini or spaghetti.

We’ll begin with a social hour from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., and the class will start promptly at 4:00 p.m. A cash bar will be available throughout the class in the Italian Club Cantina.

Previous classes have been extremely popular and filled up quickly. Registration will open to other Club members on March 18, with pricing set at $40. Don’t delay—space is limited!
