Krewe of Italia is proud to host our second of three Summer Socials.

Join us for a fun workshop where you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch! Matt Sinko and Chris Hinsley will explain and demonstrate how to make variations of fresh pasta, while Lindsay Sinko will visit tables if you need any assistance. We will also have a fun trivia competition during the class. After you have completed your pasta creations, you can cook them and eat them, or take them home.

As you prepare your taste buds for your handmade fresh pasta, you will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. We will demonstrate the process of making the dough, letting it rest, and running it through the pasta-making machine for either linguini or spaghetti.

We will have a social hour from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., and class will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. A cash bar will be available during the class in the Italian Club Cantina. 

The previous Mozzarella class was very successful and filled up quickly.  Registration will be open to other Club members on May 20th; pricing is set at $40. So, do not delay signing up; space is limited.
