Krewe of Italia is proud to be hosting our first of three Summer Socials.
Join us for a deliciously fun workshop where you'll learn how to make fresh, stretchy mozzarella from scratch! Guided by expert cheese eaters, you'll discover the secrets behind perfect curds, the joy of stretching warm cheese, and of course—taste your creation.
You will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco as you prepare your taste buds for you very own take home mozzarella. Social hour is from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM. Class will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
There will be a cash bar available during the class. After your mozzarella has been made, we will offer you a plastic container for you to take your creation home. Gianna, Joe, Cynthia and Chris will be instructing the art of making Mozzarella.
Registration will be open to other Club members on April 20th, so do not delay signing up. Space is limited.
