Fiesta Day - Volunteer Opportunity

Registration

• 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM Food Server
  3 hour shift - Food Server
• 1:30 PM Parade of Flags
  1:30 PM - Participate in the Parade of Flags down 7th in Krewe Costume. Meet in the courtyard next to The Dirty Shame.
• 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM Food Server
  10:30 AM - 1:30 PM - 3 hour shift - Food Server
• 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Costume Walker
  11:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Wear Krewe Costume to socialize in and around the Italian Club and down 7th Avenue. 3 hour shift
• 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Italian Club Table
  11:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Italian Club table - 3 hour shift. Answer questions about the Italian Club. Provide applications and pamphlets.
• 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Krewe Table
  Krewe table - 3 hour shift. Volunteer needed to man the Krewe table, sell Krewe merchandise and answer questions about the Krewe.
• 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Italian Club Table
  11:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Italian Club table -3 hour shift. Answer questions about the Italian Club. Provide applications and pamphlets.
• 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Krewe table
  Krewe table - 3 hour shift. Volunteer needed to man the Krewe table, sell Krewe merchandise and answer questions about the Krewe.
• 5:30 PM Breakdown
  Help to breakdown the tents, tables, signs, food, etc.
• 8:30 - Set UP
  8:30 - Assist Don Bodie to help to set up the tents, tables, signs, etc.
• All Day 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Cannoli Making
• Runner
  Help to run items back and forth from the kitchen to tents.
